Resilience Training & Mentoring

We provide specialist mentoring and resilience-based support for children and young people in schools across Kent and the UK.

Our work focuses on supporting pupils in foster care, with SEN/SEND or SEMH needs, and those experiencing emotional, behavioural, or mental health challenges. Through positive role modelling, mentoring, and structured physical activity, we help young people build confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
